Attend our first military history talk this Saturday 20 May: 'Stout-hearted men'

The ‘Beyond the Battlefield’ series begins this Saturday, 20 May 2023.

The presenter is Dr Jan McLeod, the author of two books related to the medical services during the New Guinea/Kokoda campaigns. Jan’s talk is called ‘Stout-hearted men’, and focuses on the medical services at the time, including a more personal connection story involving her two great-uncles who served with the 2/4th Field Ambulance, first in the Middle East then in the south-west Pacific.

Friends of Kokoda members can attend free of charge, and all others will be charged $5.00. Light refreshments will be served.
