School Bookings

Excursions with student groups are welcome.

A primary focus of the Walkway is educating students on the Southwest Pacific region in World War Two, particularly the Papua New Guinea/Kokoda campaigns.

HOW TO BOOK FOR SCHOOL GROUPS

Student groups in organised excursions are welcome. No fees are charged for school/youth groups. Further details can be viewed in our School Excursions Information Page.

Students are greeted at the Ralph Honner Kokoda Education Centre on arrival and have an opportunity to watch a video on the progression of World War Two. For secondary students, an immersive experience using virtual reality (VR) is available. Volunteer Guides will accompany the group and assist teachers to supervise students throughout their visit.
