Join us on Monday 3 November for our annual Kokoda Day service.

Our 2025 Kokoda Day service will be held on Monday 3 November, commencing at 10.30am.

This year’s guest speaker will be Capt. The Honourable Dennis Cowdroy AO KC RAN (Ret).

Our service will include:

• raising of the original Australian flag raised at Kokoda in 1942.
• ceremonial planting of soil obtained from the Kokoda Plateau in PNG (subject to quarantine processes).
• launch of a new Honour Roll webpage, featuring images and details of those Australians killed in the campaign.
• Kokoda-related memorabilia on display.

Soc Kienzle (son of Capt. Bert Kienzle) has generously loaned us the original flag and memorabilia, and we thank him and wife Robyn for travelling to attend our service.

RSVPs are due 27 October 2025, free parking is available at Lovedale Place and we ask all are seated by 10.15am.
